Requirements
  • Applying for our White Card Training online course is straightforward, but it requires meeting a few essential criteria. These requirements ensure participants are prepared to complete the course successfully and receive their certification. Here are the eligibility conditions that you need to fulfil:
    • Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 14 years old to enrol. If under 18, parental consent is necessary to proceed. The form can be downloaded HERE.
    • Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) Skills: You must have adequate LLN skills to understand the course material and complete assessments. That’s why, we conduct an LLN test to assess the individual’s skills in this area before any sessions.

NOTE: Students must complete LLN test before attending Face-to-Face or Zoom live session. Entry to the course may be refused if a student cannot demonstrate sufficient LLN skills and you will not be entitled to a refund of any course fees paid in advance.

    • Computer Literacy: Since the White Card training is delivered online, basic computer literacy is essential. You should have access to the following resources:

      • Smartphone, video camera/web camera
      • Stable internet connection
    • Identity Proof: On the training day, you must bring a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport. Your attendance will only be confirmed after your ID is checked. It’s important to note that without this identification, you won’t be able to receive your Statement of Attainment.
    • Confirmation of Attendance: Attendance will be confirmed after sighting the valid Photo ID. You will not be entitled to a refund if you do not attend the training session.
    • Unique Student Identifier (USI): Participants studying a nationally recognised training from 1 January 2015 are required to present a USI. You must provide us with the USI. If you do have not have one, please create your USI here Or give us consent at the time of booking to create your USI. Student information of USI can be found here: USI – Student Information.
Course Content
  • White Card training helps participants get fundamental knowledge about construction safety, including hazard identification and risk management. Mastering these basics helps minimise the likelihood of accidents and injuries on site. When workers adhere to safety practices, they ensure a secure working environment for themselves and those around them.
